Funeral Celebrations Association Australia (FCAA) uses the eWAY Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. eWAY processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the eWAY gateway are secured payments.
- Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.
- Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by FCAA or any outside party.
- All transactions are performed under 256 Bit SSL Certificate.
- All transaction data is encrypted for storage within eWAY’s bank-grade data centre, further protecting your credit card data.
- eWAY is an authorised third party processor for all the major Australian banks.
- eWAY at no time touches your funds; all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the merchant account held by FCAA.

Delivery Policy
After joining or renewing your membership online, or paying for an event such as a Forum or Professional Development day, you will receive an email receipt from us containing your payment details. We will normally confirm receipt of your payment within a few minutes. If you have any questions about your payment please contact us at funeralcelebrants@gmail.com.
If you have ordered a badge, it will be sent to you direct from our badge supplier, usually within 14 days. If you do not receive the badge within this time, please advise us by email.
Refund & Returns Policy
We do not provide refunds on membership fees once completed.
Refunds are not normally payable for events. If you have registered for an event and your circumstances change, please email the FCAA as soon as possible.
Should an event be cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, the FCAA will endeavour to process a full refund within 10 working days.
Payments for badges will not be refunded. If your badge arrives with a fault, please contact us by email to discuss a replacement.
