In 2005 I became a celebrant. My role as a celebrant is rewarding on so many levels.
I lead funerals. I am able to support family and friends during life's saddest moments. I create a ceremony that tells the story of their special someone's life. It is an honour and privilege I gratefully accept when you trust me to be your Funeral Celebrant. Funerals are the most important Goodbye. I am a compassionate, caring and empathic celebrant. I can relate to your sadness and respect your wishes. I am a great listener and have great attention to detail. Together, we will capture the essence of your loved one's personality, nature and values. We will chat about the style of ceremony you would like. Individuals are unique, so your loved one's funeral ceremony also, should be unique. All your decisions and choices are taken into account after all, the ceremony is for you. This is your time to say that final goodbye to your loved one. I'm also an End of Life Doula. None of us are going to live forever and when a terminal diagnosis is given, I help dying people aim for a good death.
