I first met Felicity McShane when she conducted my sister's wedding a number of years ago and was fortunate enough to have her look after my husband's funeral. My husband died tragically on June 2nd 2021 of a heart attack at work one night at the young age of 39. When you are going through such shock and sadness, I was put at ease to hear my sister had organised for Felicity to work with us and help us through this unimaginable process of planning my own husband's funeral.

We met with Felicity and had a comfortable meeting and talked about memories, happier times, love, family, kids, life. Felicity captured the best stories and dealt with different family members from Australia and New Zealand all who had different wishes for the funeral and put together the most heartfelt memorial.

Felicity worked with my sister, and the church, and the Funeral Directors, all of whom spoke so highly of her. She managed to make every family member happy and when my boys are old enough to watch the beautiful video of the funeral and understand the celebration, we had for daddy I know they will be proud.

I would be so happy to recommend Felicity for her amazing kind natured services, that when my husband's friend sadly passed recently, I offered to recommend her and pay for her services as a gift to that family who lost their loved one.
