I have been a funeral celebrant for 20 years plus and have seen how the structure of funeral services have changed over this time More people are looking for something different to a traditional Funeral Service.
Funeral celebrants like myself, are trained to create a high quality, fresh and unique ceremony.
Every funeral is unique and as a Funeral Celebrant, I can assist families in deciding what kind of funeral they want, how they wish the deceased to be honoured and remembered, what music to be played, what type of words to be said and whether there should be any special elements, religious, spiritual or otherwise.
I'll listen carefully to you and the important people in the life of the person who is to be remembered. I'm interested in their personality, humour, passions, the aspects of life they may have struggled with and any specific wishes that they may have for their funeral.
You may want to participate a lot or a little at the ceremony. You may want to personalise the service using candles, material, photographs and/or valued objects belonging to the person who has died.
My role as your Funeral Celebrant is to support and help you, to listen to you at this time, to create a meaningful and appropriate ceremony reflecting the life that has been lived, be it short or long, expressing the words and celebrating the life of the person being remembered through careful preparation.I have been a funeral celebrant for 20 years plus and have seen how the structure of funeral services have changed over this time More people are looking for something different to a traditional Funeral Service.
