I am a married man with two children. I have been a member of a Catholic Religious Order and worked as a teacher and Counsellor. I have experience in grief counselling and a Degree in Aboriginal Studies.

I am comfortable in assisting families with either a religious or secular service that will pay tribute to the life of the one they love. I truly believe that to be a good Funeral Celebrant it must be a vocation and not just a job and for me, it is a privilege to be able to assist people in their time of need.

The most important part of a Funeral Service is to understand and reflect the needs of the family and friends who are grieving.

I firmly believe in being attentive to the needs of a grieving family and enabling them to design a Funeral Service that will truly express the love they have for their loved one who has passed.

It is important to listen and to be truly committed to helping others as a Funeral Celebrant, as organising a funeral can be sometimes overwhelming for a grieving family.

I will travel to either a person's home or to a funeral home to discuss the plans for a Funeral Service and will guide families in their choice of readings, music and tributes to highlight the life of the person who has died, as well as the love that their family and friends have for them.

I will ensure I can be contactable to assist when needed and will work cooperatively with funeral organisations to ensure that a Funeral or Memorial Service will be conducted with both dignity and respect.

While I live in the Western Suburbs of Sydney, I am prepared to travel throughout the greater Sydney and surrounding areas.
