Throughout my life I have experienced various funeral services. Thankfully families are able now to make the services more intimate and personal.
As a Minister I attended a number of end-of-life events particularly in a palliative setting; facilitated services in chapels, gardens, parks, seaside and even a local hotel. My goal is to enable the families to say their goodbyes in their own way without being "locked" into traditional methods. I welcome children to the services, if the family desires, and have been able to encourage their involvement where applicable. I have conducted both faith-based and non faith-based services - the focus being on what the family and the deceased desired.
I feel honoured when asked to conduct a service and to assist and be part of the families journey through their grief. I can also assist with creating a Memory book about your loved one.

Rev Judi you helped to make Adrian's passing memorable. He loved playing music at your church, even if only once a month and enjoyed your sense of humour and good singing voice. It was great to hear again some of his favourite songs and to have that silent time during the service for us to reflect and pray. This was needed as he was so well loved.
