I am German by birth and upbringing, lived in Scotland for 28 years and now in Perth since 2015. I think it is so important to create a meaningful funeral for a loved one, to say good-bye and to help us deal with our grief. I am a good listener, communicator and writer and will endeavour to create a beautiful, personal, and authentic celebration of life for your loved one, which can include poetry, music, readings and other symbolic gestures if you wish. I hold services in English or German, being fluent in both, and can arrange to have an Auslan interpreter for the service if requested.

My Values:
I believe that every person deserves to have an authentic, personal funeral service as their final farewell. It is the last honour we can bestow on our loved ones.

I will take the greatest care to listen to you and will then create a memorable funeral service that will honour the person who has passed on. Hopefully, I can help you process your grief due to the sincerity and authenticity of the service.

I will meet with you and take my time to speak with you and other family members at a time convenient to us. Should you wish to write your own eulogy, I can help you with that, but if you want me to write a fitting tribute, then I will confirm the eulogy and the order of service with you before the funeral.

I am a non-religious celebrant, however, I am happy to incorporate religious and spiritual elements into the eulogy and the service, if you wish. I welcome members of the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as people of all faiths, and cultural and ethnic backgrounds.
