I am privileged to be able to help families through some of their hardest times. Every person has a story. Rewarded, is an understatement to how I feel when I walk away from a service knowing a loved one has had theirs heard. We only have one chance at giving someone their final send off and it is always front of mind for me that I have done this for every person's loved one that comes to me.

Dear Michelle,
I just wanted to send through a very sincere thank you for the service yesterday for our beautiful mum, XXXX.
You managed to capture all the many facets of her life, and they shone so brightly like a diamond during the service. All her friends and family were so complimentary of the service. This was due to your experience in being able to formulate a service that was able to bring about the essence of our mum.
You were also able to support both XXXX and I with such heartfelt grace during an extremely sad and overwhelming time for us both. We were very fortunate to have you. We wish you also the very best and thank you again for your support (and accommodating all the many last-minute amendments… 😉)
