I am an experienced Funeral Celebrant. I am usually engaged through word-of-mouth or by recommendation. As such, I am accustomed to working in diverse settings – chapels, gravesides, private homes, function centres and even forests!

I find the role rewarding, and I feel privileged when a family approaches me to write and lead a Funeral or Memorial Ceremony to honour and celebrate the life of a loved one.

A funeral is an opportunity to acknowledge our feelings of grief and loss as we commemorate a life and find comfort and support in shared memories and stories.

My skill as a celebrant is to bring everything together with dignity, respect and warmth … and, of course, the value of a reassuring and empathetic smile should never be underestimated.

I cannot recommend Peter highly enough. He performed the most heartfelt ceremony for my father last month, guiding us through the process beforehand and helping us to honour and celebrate Dad’s life perfectly on the day.
