FCAA Round Table Discussions 2021
Due to Covid-19 restrictions in 2020 the FCAA was unable to schedule Professional Development days in each state.
However, we did offer interested Celebrants the opportunity to network together via virtual Round Table Discussions, facilitated by FCAA Vice President, Robyn Foster.
These sessions were well attended with FCAA members from all over Australia participating.
We hope you will take the opportunity to be involved in more of these sessions to be held via ZOOM as we schedule them in 2021.
Once you have registered you'll receive a confirmation email, and with Zoom Meeting ID and Password will be sent to you closer to the date so you can join in. You'll just need your mobile, iPad, Laptop or Computer and a willingness to share with your fellow Celebrants.

Professional Development Days
Usually for a whole day these events include highly qualified, experienced, expert professional and funeral industry speakers. Each programme may consist of interactive sessions, workshops, role-play exercises, performances - all aimed to increase your knowledge and skill set for Funeral Celebrancy. But a key benefit is networking with fellow FCAA members. Professional Development days are heavily subsidised for FCAA members.

Forums
Guest speaker/s (experts in their field) are invited to present topics related to Funeral Celebrancy.
Forum events are held in NSW, Victoria, WA, Queensland, ACT and SA are subject to demand.
Topics may include subjects such as grief, presentation, embalming, poetry, difficult funerals, working with Funeral Directors, dealing with conflict, Funeral music, Memorials and self-care and wellbeing for Funeral Celebrants.
Forum events are FREE for FCAA members and $35 for non-members ~ (Your training provider may offer a free Forum attendance voucher).
